Folios 199-200: enclosure with folios 197-198. Letter dated 24 September 1815, from Robert Napper, HMS Desiree, Sheerness Harbour to Captain Frederick Lewis Mailand, London. States that when HMS Bellerophon was paid off he hoped to be included in the list selected for promotion and did not think at the time of asking him to put a good word in with Lord Melville.
