Folios 237-238: William M'Culloch, London. Being informed by his agent that they have received £20 for his expenses for his passage of the West India Commissioners from Barbados to Trinidad and back in March 1814 on board HMS Heron. He reports that his expenditure was more that £100, he requests an additional sum.
Folios 239-240: enclosure with folios 237-238: [Admiralty note?] Dated 8 July 1814. To be put up till the explanation required at the conclusion of Mr [?] minute has been received.
