Folios 207-208: Constantine Richard Moorsom, HMS Terror, Portsmouth. States at the request of Mr Winnard, Acting Purser of HMS Terror he forwards a memorial. He hopes they will comply with his request.
Folios 209-210: enclosure with folios 207-208. Letter dated 15 June 1815 by John Winnard, Acting Purser, HMS Terror, Portsmouth Harbour. Reply to letter dated 11 June 1815 informing him that they are unable to comply with his request to be confirmed as Purser. [Total of two plus sides]. Gives reasons in support of his request.
