Folios 106-107: Robert Montagu, Lower Tooting, Surrey. Covering letter for the enclosed copy of an Order from Vice Admiral the Honourable Sir Alexander Cochran KB to Mr Mathew [Matthew] Grey appointing him to the Command of the Schooner HMS Saint Lawrence.
Folios 108-109: enclosure with folios 106-107. Order dated 22 April 1815 by Vice Admiral Sir Alexander Cochrane KB, HMS Tonnant, Bermuda, to Mr Matthew [Mathew] Gray, Master's Mate, HMS Tonnant. Orders to take command of HMS Saint Lawrence.
