Description

Folios 95-96: James Mangles, HMS Racoon, Plymouth. Reports his arrival of HMS Racoon after having seen Convoy (from Brazils bound up St Georges Channel) safe to their respective Ports, as per his orders from Captain Ticker of HMS Cherub. He also sends his Log [not present], State & Condition and Weekly Accounts [not present].

Folio 97: enclosure with folios 95-96. Defects of HMS Racoon dated 21 May 1815. Signed James Mangles and R Baker - Carpenter.
