Folios 89-90: Charles Malcolm, HMS Rhin, Plymouth Sound. Having wrote the Principal Officers and Commissioners of His Majesty's Navy, relative to the accounts of Mr John Brown Boatswain of HMS Rhin and being referred by them to the Admiralty. He send a copy of Mr John Brown's receipts for the satisfaction of their Lordships by which you will observe he delivered his accounts into the proper office. Requests a dispensing order so he may receive his pay.
Folio 91: enclosure with folios 89-90. (Copy) Received from Mr John Brown, Boatswain of HMS Rhin a Box directed to the Clerk of the Survey Naval Yard Plymouth, said to contain his annual accounts to the 9 March 1814. Signed Thomas Parsland Naval Storekeeper.
