Folios 76-77: William Bowen Mends, 22 Norfolk Street, Strand. States his accounts for HMS Le Loup Cervier being stopped by the want of Muster Book from the time she was commissioned , the 26 February 1813 until 30 April 1813. He staters the Book was certainly made out and forwarded, but he has by some accident lost the receipt. He requests the granting of a dispensing order for it.
Folio 78: enclosure with folios 76-77. [Proforma] Document to be sent to the Paper Office when any Paper is sent away in original. Date - 18 May 1815, From - Captain William Bowen Mends, Subject - Muster Book of Le Loup Cervier to be dispensed with, Date - 19 May [1815], Nature - Refer to the Navy Board.
