Folios 74-75: William Mounsey, HMS Furieuse, Portsmouth Harbour. Informs that Mr Richard Palmer appointed as Boatswain of HMS Furieuse on 4 May 1815 has not yet joined, and he informed it is in consequence of his not being fit for service. He again solicit on behalf of Mr John Thompson who was appointed Acting twelve months since from a Smaller frigate (HMS Cossack) Boatswain of HMS Furieuse. Request he be made Boatswain.
