Folios 35-36: George McKinley, HMS Namur, Sheerness Harbour. States the Boy Edward Kilvert belonging to HMS Fame went on long leave from HMS Namur on 18 October 1814 and not returning was discharged as not appearing on 2 December 1814 but having returned to HMS Enterprize on 2 December 1814 and to HMS Namur on 7 May 1815 producing the enclosed Certificate. He requests the Admiralty consideration.
Folio 37: enclosure with folios 35-36: Certificate dated 30 April 1815 that Edward Kilvert late of HMS Fame, Captain Walter Bathurst but now transferred to HMS Namur, Captain George McKinley at Sheerness has been for some time under the care of the Infirmary at Shrewsbury and is now sufficiently recovered to join the ship again.
