Description

Folios 29-30: Reply to your letter dated 19 October [1814] desiring him to account how he disproved the volume no 106 of Naval Hat[?]. He informs that on his being invalided at Bombay in December 1811 - he delivered it into the charge of Lieutenant Charles Rayley Senior Officer in the Command of HMS Illustrious.
