Folios 26-27: Rowland Mainwaring, [His agent] James Sykes, 22 Arundel St, Strand. On behalf of Captain Rowland Mainwaring who acted in the Command of HMS Euryalus between 14 February 1813 and 16 April 1814. Request an order to dispense with his passing accounts, the books and papers necessary having been transferred over to his successor.
Folio 28: enclosure with folios 26-27. [Proforma]. Document to be sent to the Paper Office when any Paper is sent away in original. Date - 9 May 1815, Agent form Captain Rowland Mainwaring, Subject - Accounts for HMS Euryalus, Date - 11 May [1815], Nature - Refer to the Navy Board.
