Folios 12-13: Charles Malcolm. HMS Rhin, Hamoaze. Reports that Lieutenant Charles Wood, who was appointed First Lieutenant of HMS Rhin on 6 April 1815 has not joined. He recommends Lieutenant Peter Salmond late second Lieutenant of HMS Danmark and most strongly recommended by Captain Henry Edward Reginald Baker. He was made Lieutenant 29 November 1808.
