Folios 3-4: Charles Mitchell, HMS Griper, Harwich. Reply to letter dated 2 May 1815, he states that William Forrest Able Seaman was impressed out of the Bucephalas[?] Merchant Brig on 17 April 1815 by Mr Thomas Reilly Master of HMS Griper. He was examined by the Surgeon and found to be fit. He is entered on the Books of HMS Griper where he now remains.
Folios 5-6: enclosure with folios 3-4. Letter dated 29 April 1815 by Mary Forrest, Newcastle, to the Admiralty. Requests her husband be discharged.
Folio 7: enclosure [attached to folios 5-6] with folios 3-4. Certificate dated 27 April 1815 stating that William Forrest was a Patient of the Newcastle Infirmary with Rheumatism 20 December 1813. Signed John Forster, House Surgeon. Newcastle.
