Directed by the Commissioners to take on board Anthony St. John Baker bearing the Prince Regent's Act of Ratification of the Treaty of Peace concluded at Ghent on 24 February 1815, and Mr Carroll, Private Secretary to one of the Commissioners. Hoisting a flag of truce, to take them to Annapolis in the Chesapeake and wait for the Despatches Mr Baker may have to send home, and return as fast as possible to Great Britain.
