Folios 219-220: John Marshall, 17 South Audley Street, [London]. In response to their letter dated 13 February [1815] explains that he received information on 23 December 1813 about a quantity of colonial produce stored along the Holstein shore of the Elbe which belonged to His Danish Majesty - including coffee which it now appears, belonged to Ernest Ludwig Moller. He seized it and gave directions for it to be sold. Bills of sale were obtained and forwarded to Prize Agents to then be given to the Admiralty Prize Court for adjudication.
