Folios 209-210: George McKinley, HMS Namur, Sheerness. Reports that John Moir was sent on board HMS Namur from HMS Ratlaron[?] on 24 January [1815] as a disposable, and states that when he was pressed on to HMS Rattler in Jamaica on 29 November 1813, he gave Mr Jeffery, the Gunner, a sum of money to look after for him. When he was leaving HMS Rattler and claimed the sum, Mr Jeffery said he had no money, but would come to the Nore and pay him. This he he has not done.
