Encloses a Certificate from Captain George McKinley indicating that Inigo Shea officiated as Deputy Judge Advocate at 2 Court Martials [corrected to 1, lasting 2 days] on board HMS Namur at Sheerness in January [1815] and asks for the usual allowance to be paid to Mr Shea.
