Folios 512-513: David Milne, HMS Bulwark, Halifax. Enclosing a Memorial from his Gunner, William Kent, whom he recommends as a zealous and enterprizing officer.
Folios 514-515: enclosure with folios 512-513. Memorial from Gunner, William Kent, requesting promotion, having lost two fingers during his thirty three years in His Majesty's service. He has certificates from several Captains under whom he served, including Dunbar, Evans, Hardy.
