Folios 448-449: Francis Mason, 16 St. Albans Street, Pall Mall. Requests that the minutes of the Court of Enquiry dealing with his case be held for viewing by his legal advisors.
Folios 450-451: enclosure with folios 448-449. Admiralty note stating that Captain Mason does not appear to have applied for relief before. The details of the damage are in the letter with Mr Bicknell's opinion [not included].
