Folios 235-238: Kenneth McKenzie, HMS Venus, Gottenburgh [Gothenburg]. Reporting having raised the Blockade of Norway in the Sleeve, after receiving a notification from the Govenor of Gottenburgh, as commanded by Count Von Engstrom, Minister for Foreign Affairs. He will dispatch HMS Clio and all the cruizers under his orders to Leith.
Folio 239: enclosure with folios 235-238. Copy of letter of 2nd September 1814 from Kenneth McKenzie informing that the Governor of Gottenburgh has made it known that the Blockade of Norway Ports is ended, and commerce to Norway re-established.
