Folios 231-232: Alexander Richard Mackenzie, HMS Sabrina, River Tagus. Informing that the Hindostan and Francis Drake store ships will be able to carry the stores of the Naval Office and the Agent victualling from here to Gibraltar. After this HM ships cannot receive any supplies in this port except by purchase. There are 600 tons of naval officers stores consisting of flat boats and various unservicable stores needing conveyance to England.
