Folios 201-202: Frederick Lewis Maitland, HMS Goliath, Chatham. Reporting that John Callahan, Master at Arms of HMS Goliath has officiated as Provost Martial on three Courts Martial. His warrants are enclosed and it is requested he be paid.
Folio 203: enclosure with folios 201-202. Authorisation by Frederick Lewis Maitland for John Callahan to officiate as Provost Martial, taking charge of the Captains, Officers and crews of HMS Persian and delivering them for the course of law.
Folio 204: enclosure with folios 201-202. Warrant for Gunner Michael [Helgan] to be taken into custody until delivered for due course of law.
Folio 205: enclosure with folios 201-202. An official order for the Provost Marshal of HMS Goliath to attend Patrick Murphy at the Court Martial and to follow the directions of the Lieutenant of HMS Goliath who is ordered to superintend the punishments.
