Folios 174-175: Thomas James Maling, HMS Mulgrave. Enclosing a list of signals issued to the Mulgrave [not included]. Apologising for tearing up the signal sheet for 1813. This was signed by Sir Richard Bickerton. He was in a hurry to attend a survey on board HMS Horatio.
