Folios 152-153: Andrew Mitchell, HMS Helicon, Plymouth Dock. Requesting that the survey deficicient be dispensed with and the certificate granted for his service on HMS Frolic when he paid for stores, due to his Boatswain, Henry Coffin, being appointed to HMS Cressy by Captain Dashwood. This occurred at a time when the Convoy sailing from St Thomas's in the Americas [Caribbean] was in a great hurry.
