Folios 508-509: William M'Culloch, HMS Heron, Carlysle Bay, Barbados. Requesting expenses for bringing Commissioner Thomas Dummet, John Beckes, Secretary and Mr Taylor and Mr Wilford, Clerks to the Commissioners to Trinidad 27 March landing 29 March and returned 8 April landing Barbados 14 April.
Folio 510: enclosed in folios 508-509.Letter dated 15 March 1814 by Rear Admiral Philip Charles Durham, Leeward Islands. To apply to the Admiralty for costs of carrying the Commissioners to Trinidad and back to Barbados.
