Folios 440-441: William Augustus Montagu, HMS Niobe, Spithead. Sends a memorial from John Edward Cabburn acting Lieutenant who he recommends for promotion, eleven years a Midshipman.
Folios 442-443: enclosed in folios 440-441. Letter dated 29 May 1814 by John Edward Cabburn, Midshipman. In East Indies. In HMS Ramillies 1806 at capture of the Marengo. At St Johns off St Thomas, Danish West Indies and St Croix at capture of the Ilse de France [Mauritius] 1807.
