Folios 9-10: Donald MacLeod, Liverpool Regulating Captain. Replies to letter 29 December about charges on John Williams alias Gooding on HMS Creole. Says none incurred as he entered with Lieutenant Walters, 9 September 1813 as boy aged 14, born Manchester and was put on HMS Bittern as she was sailing to Plymouth.
