Folios 87-88: Donald McCleod, Regulating Officer, Liverpool. He reports that they have no record of a man called Heinrich Borg, but Henry Birch volunteered to Lieutenant Salmon saying that he was a Prussian subject. As the Surgeon felt that he could cure the venereal disease of the man he was enlisted.
Folios 89-90: enclosed with folios 87-88. Letter dated 10 October 1813 by Augustus Brine, HMS Medway, Spithead. He writes on behalf of Heinrich Borg who he says was impressed at Liverpool despite being protected.
