Folios 372-373: Kenneth Mckenzie, HMS Venus, Barbados. Reports that the package of letters which were sent to him for thev Judges of the Court of Admiralty in the East Indies have unfortunatly not been sent to their Destinations. [He explains how this happened]. He hopes he will not be charged with neglect.
