Folios 354-355: Isaac Hawkins Morrison, HMS Achates, Plymouth. Reports that HMS Achates haviing sailed on 22 May 1813 from Plymouth the men William Johnson (3) and John Moreaux were left behind. He later found they had joined HMS Salvador del Mundo on 22 May 1813 and they have now returned to HMS Achates. He requests that the R may be removed from their names.
