Folios 305-306: Henry Montresor, HMS Helena, Mother Bank. States as per his orders from Rear Admiral Lin he sailed in HMS off Cadiz early in the morning of 11 May 1813 and made the signal for the Trade bound for England remaining off that Port until 12 O'clock. He was informed by HMS Rambler, the trade had sailed the previous evening to his arrival from Lisbon under the Convoy of HMS Druid.
