Folios 288-289: Donald M'Leod [MacLeod], Regulating Officer, Liverpool. States a Man named Robert Arrowsmith who their Lordship's had ordered to be discharged on the payment of £4-0 - to the Treasurer of the Navy, has (in sending his order to his friends to collect the money) by some accident lost it, and is therefore prevented transmitting the money. He requests they send him a fresh order.
