Date - 2 June 1813, From - Captain McLeod (RO Liverpool), Subject - Two Midshipman and 10 crew having been confined for supposed of Robing the Portuguese are now detained for Highway Robbery, Date - 5 June 1813, Nature - Mr Bicknell to enquire into the circumstances.
