Folios 211-212: Murray Maxwell, HMS Daedalus, at Sea [Position given]. He embraced the opportunity of the Brig Hazard of Greenock going to England to report that the East India Ships in the of HMS Daedalus have proceeded thus far on their voyage in perfect safety, and HMS Aquilon will part company tomorrow to proceed with her Convoy to the Brazils. He has received information that the American Frigates Constitution, Essex and Congress have committed a number of depredations on the Coast of Brazils, since the capture of HMS Java and are supposed to be now gone towards the Cape of Good Hope.
