Folios 284-285: John McCullock, 13 Great George Street, [London]. He applied for full pay between 9 June 1809 and 30 November 1809 when he acted as Supernumerary Lieutenenant on HMS Dart by order of Vice Admiral Sir Alexander Cochrane. He was informed that an order had been given for him to receive half pay for the period , but as he was not a confirmed Lieutenant at that time he cannot make a claim. Asks for an order to be given for him to receive full pay.
