Folios 219-220: Robert Mansell, HMS Irresistible, Gillingham Reach. Richard Price, Carpenter of HMS Kron Princen is in a bad state of health, a result he says of long service at sea. He has only been on board HMS Kron Princen 2 months so cannot vouch for his general character. Lieutenant Osmer, Commander of that ship, says he has behaved well and has certificates from 10 named Captains whose ships are also named. He also served as Carpenter in HMS He[..] for which he obtained no certificate due to the death of the Captain and Officers. He service seems to be 20 years.
