Folios 205-206: William Augustus Montagu, HMS Niobe, St Helens. Today he was informed that their Lordships had rescined their order for the Runs being taken from the names of John Leake and Thomas Payne belonging to this ship at the request of Captain Loring. He has read their letter of 14 September to them and made it know to the ship's company. Asks for directions before he communicates the Navy Board's letter of 16 October [1812].
