Folios 183-184: Farifax Moresby, HMS Wizard, Portsmouth. Recommends Lieutenant John Da,y appointed by acting orders by the Commander in Chief in the Mediterranean, to be confirmed in his ship. Lieutenant Day was also appointed by acting orders but he recommends him for a larger ship as he is elderly and not suited to the hardships of so small a vessel in the winter season.
