Description

Folios 428-429: Henry Gage Morris, HMS Jalouse in Cork harbour. Reports the death of Captain Francis Dickinson, late of HMS Peruvian, who was invalided from the Royal Naval hospital at Barbadoes, died on 23 May 1812.

Folio 430: enclosure with folios 428-429. Medical Officer's survey on the state of health of Francis Dickinson.
