Folio 339: enclosure with folios 337-338. Note by John William Croke. Asks for the enclosed memorial to be laid before the board.
Folios 340-341: enclosure with folios 337-338. Memorial dated 4 May 1812 by John Monaghan, 3 Lower Exchange Street, Dublin. Asks for the release of his brother Michael Monoghan, native of Longford, Ireland.
Folios 342-343: enclosure with folios 337-338. Oath dated 4 May 1812 sworn before Mark Magrath by John Monaghan in regards to his brother, Michael Monoghan.
