Description

Folios 230-231: Donald MacLeod, Regulating Captain, Liverpool. Regarding the cases of James Moderen and John Wareing.

Folios 232-233: enclosure with folios 230-231. Petition by John Waring (Parent) and John Mears, Master Joiner of Liverpool asking for the discharge of John Waring (Wareing) an indentured apprentice.

Folio 234: enclosure with folios 230-231. Letter dated 15 April 1812 by Thomas Vaisey, Liverpool. Encloses documents for consideration.

Folio 235: enclosure with folios 230-231. Copy of baptismal certificate of John, son of John Waring then resident in Bath Street, Liverpool, Fisherman and of Alice his wife was born on 27 September and baptised on 28 October 1792.

Folios 235A-235B: enclosure with folios 230-231. Letter dated 14 April 1812 by James Moderen, HMS Princess. Asks to be released being a native of the United States of America being impressed from the Isabella of Charleston and with a wife and five children
