Requests a replacement for Second Lieutenant Atkinson, Royal Marines, who has been ordered to England to attend a court martial about to be held on Brevet Major Nicolls. Asks that another Second Lieutenant of the Royal Marines is sent to relieve Atkinson, having been three months on the Island, and who is junior to Second Lieutenant George Byne.
