Folios 87-88: William Archibold, Regulating Officer, Liverpool. Responding to a letter concerning three impressed men, David Williams, William Williams, alias James Crawford, and Thomas Wilcox.
Folios 89-90, enclosure with folios 87-88: letter dated 23 March 1812 from David Williams brother requesting permission to purchase his liberation from the service.
Folios 91-92, enclosure with folios 87-88: sworn statement dated 21 March 1812, that William Williams was apprenticed to a reed-maker, together with a petition to the Admiralty signed by John Williams, his father.
Folios 93-94, enclosure with folios 87-88: letter signed by John Holme, dated 24 March 1812, Liverpool, containing two affidavits made by Margaret Wilcox, mother of Thomas and Jane Wilcox, his sister, arguing that he was never at sea for the time required before being impressed and requesting his discharge.
Folio 95, enclosure with folios 93-94: sworn affidavit by Margaret Wilcox, dated 24 March 1812.
