Folios 234-235: Alexander Richard MacKenzie, HMS Zenobia, Spithead. He has arrived with the Lisbon mail and dispatches from the Minister and Commander in Chief at Lisbon. He is enclosing his porcedingss and a report of defects, stte and condition of the ship.
Folio 236: enclosure with folios 234-235 dated 20 October 1811 from Alexander Richard MacKenzie, HMS Zenobia, Spithead. List of defects of the ship.
Folios 237-238: enclosure with folios 234-235 dated 11 October 1811 from Admiral George Cranfield Berkeleyto Captain Alexander Richard MacKenzie, HMS Zenobia. He is directed to receive all the dispatches and convey them to Falmouth as there is no packet available and as his ship is in need of repairs. He is then to proced to Plymouth for repairs, then return to the River Tagus. If the wind is faourable he is to proceed with the mail to Portsmouth.
