Folios 162-163: Donald McLeod, Regulating Captain, Liverpool. He has received a copy of a report (not present) from Admiral Sir Robert Calder about 14 named men. Three were inspected onboard HMS Prince Frederick and found to be unserviceable, and 11 were found to be mis-rated. The reward will be amended accordingly. Six of these are on his books but with several men of the same name it would be helpful to have the date of entry included on lists to identify individuals.
