Folios 368-369: George McKinley, HMS San Josef, Spithead. Advising that on 19 April he having received his appointment to the San Josef in the Mediterranean, he had taken the first opportunity of joining her from Portsmouth, embarking on the Thame on 12 June and joining her off Toulon on 16 July - asks that he be allowed his pay for that period of time.
