States that having impressed Luke Smett Seaman last night as he came out of an ale house between the hours of eight & nine who then asserted that he was Chief Mate of the Royalist Transport and having since discovered that he is part owner of a small Brig on the stocks at the same place. Requests to know their directions for his guidance.
