Folios 183-184: Charles Mitchell, HMS Charles, Dartmouth. Reports that after leaving the Downs on his return to the Irish Station, he has been obliged to put into Port owing to heavy Gales. He encloses [Folio 184] the State and Condition and Weekly Disposition with a list of one Vessel bound to Ireland to whom he has given Convoy.
