To William McGwire, Regulating Officer, Waterford. Dated . Reply to letter dated 1 February 1811 in reply to ours of 22 January 1811 on the subject of a Complaint made by Mr Waters Assistant Surgeon of HMS Trial Cutter of his never having received any provisions or compensation in lieu.
