Folios 150-151: Donald M'Leod [Donald MacLeod], Regulating Officer, Liverpool. Reply to letter dated 18 February 1811 and state the case of Robert Thomas who was impressed by Lieutenant Henry Raye on 16 April 1810 as an Ordinary Seaman aged 21 born in Wales. The remarks say he came here in a Welch Sloop, and then said he was a Local Militia Man but was not claimed as such.
Folios 152-153:enclosure with folios 150-151. Letter dated 13 February 1811 by Thomas Robert, Glas Ynus [Glas Ynys], to the Admiralty. Petition for his son Robert Thomas to be discharged.
